A dream come true... This agricultural engineer and oenologist may have his head in the stars, but his feet are firmly planted in the soil, as he has planted two hectares of Chardonnay on the Basque corniche, facing the ocean.

Come and meet this passionate winemaker, a strong personality who uses an original method of winemaking - the "famous wine matured under the sea". A new process using concrete tanks immersed in the sea off the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz at a depth of around fifteen metres...

Armed with a road-book full of fun and gags, you'll be treated to a bird's eye view of the bay from the vines and an equally surprising tasting session.
