Initiation & creation of the Haka

The Haka is a ritual dance sung by the islanders of the South Pacific and performed at ceremonies, welcome parties or before going off to war. The Maoris have made it world-famous by the New Zealand rugby union team, who have been performing it before their matches since 1905.

After explaining the origins of the Haka to you, it's your turn to have a go! Everyone learns the movements and words of the All Blacks Haka, and then you can create your own Haka as a team!

It's a bonding activity that's sure to inspire your imagination!

Express yourself through your words and actions on a subject that's close to your heart!

Through the Haka, your participants will experience a shared energy, just like the rugby players.
Challenge your opponents and win!
